Our Executive Students recently completed a Strategic Leadership Training in Kenya. This immersive programme was designed to sharpen the skills and perspective leaders need in complex, fast-changing environments.

The training focused on applied leadership. Instead of staying in theory, participants worked through real strategic challenges. These challenges came from organisations operating across diverse markets. As a result, participants saw how leadership principles change depending on context, culture, and competitive pressure. They left with sharper tools for making decisions under uncertainty.

The choice of location was deliberate. Kenya’s business environment is marked by rapid growth, a dynamic entrepreneurial sector, and a fast-evolving regulatory landscape. Because of this, it offered a live case study in adaptive leadership. Sessions drew on local market dynamics to bring strategic concepts to life. This gave participants a grounded, practical lens on global leadership challenges.
