All fees paid are not transferable to a third party. Fees paid for a programme for which a student is already receiving lectures, cannot be transferred to another programme. In the event of application for deferment or cancellation, a written application should be sent at least 14 days to the commencement date of the programme registered for.<\/p>\n<p>There will be administrative charge paid by an applicant for deferment or cancellationThere will be no refund of tuition fees, after the commencement date of any Level 4, 5, 6 or 7PGD programme delivered by PSOM. Tuition fees (including the fees of top-up programmes offered by Universities) are subject to review without prior notice to colleges, study centres and students. There will be no refund of tuition fees (top-up fee), after the commencement date of any top-up programme. All Top-up programmes are delivered by third party Universities.
