STAGE ONE: LEVEL 7 DIPLOMA IN TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT (QCF) \u2013 6 MONTHS (Awarded by OTHM, UK or QUALIFI, UK)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The objective of the Level 7 Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management qualification is to provide tourism industry professionals with the specialist knowledge needed to advance their careers, or for graduates entering the tourism and hospitality sector to gain the skills needed to manage business operations. The qualification provides learners with a contemporary, critical, and international programme that supports their development as managers with a lifelong-learning orientation.<\/p>\n

The qualification enables learners to analyse complex management problems and to apply and adapt specialist skills and technical terminology to propose solutions to these problems informed by best practices and contemporary research.<\/p>\n

Successful completion of this qualification will enable learners to progress into or within employment and\/or continue their study towards a relevant Master\u2019s programme with advanced standing.<\/p>\n

STAGE TWO: <\/strong>MA TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT TOP-UP \u2013 4 \u2013 6 MONTHS (In partnership with London Graduate School, UK) awarded by Buckinghamshire New University, the University of Gloucestershire, UK via IDM , or the University of Wolverhampton, UK via CIIHE<\/strong><\/p>\n

TOP-UP (UNIVERSITY) PROGRESSION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Students can pursue a Master\u2019s degree programme in partnership with London Graduate School, UK after completing this course. The top-up programme is available both online and on campus. The final 60 credits of the top-up are made up of either a dissertation or a dissertation and one module.<\/p>\n

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

For entry onto the Level 7 Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management qualification, learners must possess:<\/strong><\/p>\n

An honours degree in related subject or UK level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification<\/p>\n

Mature learners with management experience (learners must check with the delivery centre regarding this experience prior to registering for the programme)<\/p>\n

Learners must be 21 years old or older at the beginning of the course<\/p>\n

English requirements: If a learner is not from a majority English-speaking country must provide evidence of English language competency.<\/p>\n
