The objective of the Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management qualification is to provide learners with the skills and understanding in human resource management (HRM) that align with good strategic decision-making to maintain an organisation\u2019s competitive advantage.<\/p>\n

Learners acquire knowledge through an integrated approach of theory in human resource management and practice using real-time activities. Successful completion of this qualification will develop learners\u2019 strategic human resource management and leadership skills and their ability to focus on the requirements of implementing an organisation\u2019s strategy.<\/p>\n

Achieving the Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource qualification enables learners to progress into or within employment and\/or continue their further study. As this qualification is approved and regulated by Ofqual, learners are eligible to progress to Master\u2019s top-up programmes in the UK and overseas with advanced standing.<\/p>\n

The goal of this unit is to help learners improve their research skills, which include writing research proposals, conducting literature reviews, referencing, collecting data, conducting interviews and surveys, designing questionnaires, statistical analysis using SPSS, qualitative data, and concluding the research findings.<\/p>\n

Engagement Of Employees and Organisational Learning<\/strong><\/p>\n

The purpose of this course is to help learners have a better knowledge of current challenges in employee engagement, organisational learning, people management, and development. The aim and objectives of human resource management, as well as the creation and implementation of HR action plan for boosting employee engagement and organisational success, will be examined and critically evaluated by learners.<\/p>\n

Global Resourcing, Talent and Reward Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

The purpose of this course is to improve learners\u2019 understanding of resourcing, global talent management, performance, and reward management in corporate settings. Learners will get a theoretical and practical grasp of global personnel management, including recruiting, selection, employee retention, and dismissal, as well as associated topics. The goal of this lesson is for learners to have a better grasp of the essential ideas that drive Managing Employment Relations. The students will get a better grasp of employee relations and employment law, as well as their purpose, with a particular focus on recruiting and selection regulations, as well as the employment protection offered for various types of businesses.<\/p>\n

Strategic Human Resource Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

TOP-UP (UNIVERSITY) PROGRESSION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Students can pursue a Master\u2019s degree programme in partnership with London Graduate School, UK after completing this course. The top-up programme is available both online and on campus. The final 60 credits of the top-up are made up of either a dissertation or a dissertation and one module.<\/p>\n

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

For entry onto the Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management, learners must possess:<\/strong><\/p>\n

An honours degree in a related subject or a UK level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification<\/p>\n

Mature learners with management experience (learners must check with the delivery centre regarding this experience prior to registering for the programme)<\/p>\n

Learners must be 21 years old or older at the beginning of the course<\/p>\n

English requirements: If a learner is not from a majority English-speaking country must provide evidence of English language competency.<\/p>\n
