Stage One: Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership \u2013 6 Months (Awarded by OTHM, UK or QUALIFI, UK)<\/strong> Assessment: Assignments<\/strong> Credits: 120 Credits<\/strong> This Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, which leads to an MBA, is built for students who want to get an MBA but have full-time job. The Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership qualification is designed to improve strategic management and leadership skills for managers who have the authority and personal characteristics to transform organizational planning into successful operating efficiency. This certification represents current strategic management and leadership experience and enables learners to improve and broaden their high-level knowledge of strategic management and leadership in the workplace. This degree is appropriate for advanced students with experience in academics or business. The qualification places a strong focus on functional capability learning in addition to academic fundamentals.<\/p>\n

Stage Two: Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Top-up \u2013 4 \u2013 6 Months (In partnership with London Graduate School, UK) awarded by Buckinghamshire New University, the University of Gloucestershire, UK via IDM , or the University of Wolverhampton, UK via CIIHE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Credits: 60 Credits<\/strong> Assessment: Dissertation<\/strong> Successful completion of Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership qualification enables learners to progress into or within employment and\/or join\u00a0Masters of Business Administration (MBA) (top-up). As this qualification is approved and regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation), learners are also eligible to progress to an MBA top-up with advanced standing with many universities in the UK and overseas.<\/p>\n

Top-Up (University) Progression<\/strong> Students can pursue a Master\u2019s degree programme in partnership with London Graduate School, UK after completing this course. The top-up programme can be completed either online or on campus. The top-up consists of the final 60 credits, which are made up of a dissertation or a dissertation and one module.<\/p>\n

Advanced Business Research Methods<\/strong> This unit aims to help learners prepare for different forms of academically oriented management study by developing and designing a research proposal. Within the framework of the business world, students can gain a critical interpretation of the intellectual, functional, and ethical concepts of research.<\/p>\n

Strategic Financial Management<\/strong> This unit aims to teach students how to apply financial concepts applicable to management in an operational setting, such as methodological methods and management accounting theories\/models, budgetary method assessment, proposing funding sources, and evaluating investment alternatives.<\/p>\n

Strategic Human Resource Management<\/strong> This unit aims to provide learners with an overview of how good overall strategic human resources management drives corporate targets in various contexts. Learners can assess the value of strategic human resource management as well as the use of leadership and management theories to improve the organisation.<\/p>\n

Strategic Leadership<\/strong> This unit gives you a thorough understanding of the core leadership values and practices. This would develop the expertise, abilities, and qualities of the individuals for them to better function in the position and duties of a productive team member and team leader, as well as being involved in creativity and development to inform policy and business strategy within the organisation.<\/p>\n

Strategic Management<\/strong> The goal of this unit is to help learners understand strategic and change management models, as well as how to revisit strategic strategies, formulate strategic solutions, build action plans, and lead organisational changes.<\/p>\n

Strategic Marketing<\/strong> This unit aims to improve learners\u2019 comprehension of strategic marketing principles, approaches, and functional breakthroughs, as well as the complexities that come with marketing in today\u2019s business world, such as how a campaign integrates product creation, advertising, delivery, pricing, partnership building, and other factors.<\/p>\n

Entry requirements<\/strong> For entry onto the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership qualification, learners must possess:<\/strong> An honours degree in a related subject or a UK level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification Mature learners with management experience (learners must check with the delivery centre regarding this experience prior to registering for the programme) Learners must be 21 years old or older at the beginning of the course English requirements: If a learner is not from a majority English-speaking country must provide evidence of English language competency.<\/p>\n
